Great pics!!! :thumbs: I caught a glimpse of them as they passed York at FL050 on the way up to Leeming. Do you happen to know what the story is on their earlier than expected departure? I thought they were hitting the Tain range while they were up there? :S

Thanks for the comments, much appreciated.

Haven’t heard anything on why the exercise was cancelled. Seems strange to fly a 1000mls across Europe for a 2 week exercise, only to return home the next day. I’ve heard of exercises being cancelled a couple of days beforehand or during but never at this short notice.

Great angles, rarely seen this way actually on shared photos. And didn't something similar happen last year? I think I remember 'the shortest exercise ever' (as someone called it) unfolded very much the same way.
