Up close and personel Westover C-5

Post by vulcanbomber » Tue Sep 07, 2010 10:19 pm

Well talk about lucky! firstly a Mildenhall base tour, then something even i didn't expect.
As we drive past the C-5 our guide says "the crew are still on board, i will see if we can get a peak".
So after an 8 hour trip from the China border the crew then decide to give us almost a 45 minute tour while the engines are still cooling down.
By the way if anyones interested they are leaving tomorrow sometime.
By the way thats my Dad in the cockpit.
I dont know how to upload the photos so please use the link.
This is my first ever attempt so dont expect too much! Anyway Enjoy!
