Post by sloegin » Thu Feb 15, 2018 8:23 pm

Evening

These two Texan II's got delivered through Edinburgh today from Iceland. They should hopefully depart
Edinburgh tomorrow for Valley after an overnight stop (think they might be an 1100 departure ??).

Well caught George!
it sure is nice to see something different arriving in the UK, especially for Valley, as I do pop up there occasionally.

Desert cammied drop tanks! Do they know something we don't. That's a nice catch. I'm off to the S-M valley shortly and being the eternal optimist...

Hi Guys

Thanks for the comments. Edinburgh is very much of a military 'desert' for most of the year (like large parts
of the country in these times of cutbacks!) but when you do get somthing you cherish it more regardless of
type.

These guys were still there as of 1400 this afternoon despite the crews turning up at 1100 so dont known what
thier plans are now. Mark if they are still there tomorrow will get c/n's and post on Edinburgh movements board.

Brgds George
