If anyone could help me out, that would be great. I'm trying to identify what type of pod this is which seems to be exclusively fitted to a NASA F/A-18B #846

Looks like a standard AN/ASS-38 Nighthawk FLIR pod casing, probably containing telemetry equipment specific to NASA’s needs as opposed to the FLIR/laser designator.
