It is indeed Arizona ANG KC-135R 62-3550. It returned home on 24 August, going through France.

Yes Arizona, I was looking on my phone couldn't see clearily, now I'm home and on my tablet and I can see its a Sun Devil and realise it looks nothing like a Hawaiian tail fin lol , whoopsie :-)
