The mad Mackems 2016

Post by Jamesfair94 » Fri Dec 30, 2016 3:50 am

2016 has been be a brilliant year for me with movements at different bases and some first time visits to bases as well. most of my spotting on bases outside the north east wouldn't of been made possible by 2 of my friends who, put up with me on road trips long and short. i would also like to say thank you to everyone i have spoken to at the various bases.

March

the first bit of military action for me of the year was to visit RAF Linton on Ouse for the Red Arrows foreign base training sortie, with a little visit to leeming en-route home

It's moisture from the runway.

What a fantastic set of shots. Great mix and shows you don't have to travel across the world to see a variety of aircraft.
Hope 2017 is even better.

Nice review.

The shots of the Reds look really good.

2016 certainly was a good year in the UK. I seemed to be on a rubber band from home to Leeming and East Anglia.

Chuck in a few visits to Fairford and Brize.

Let's hope petrol prices don't continue to rise!

About time Coningsby had another interesting deployment.
