For now then... more of those sweet felines

Day One on base started with weather like this, with the cats not fancying playing out today!

Thankfully a huge change in the weather for Day Two, saw the Jags being prepped for flying as we arrived...

Then, after a nervous wait, following the main wave of departures, the cats finally stretched their legs...

Great access and cooperation from the Indian Air Force, who as part of their 200-personnel deployment to Alaska, brought 4 Jaguar IS and 8 pilots from 14 'Bulls' Squadron at Ambala. Known as the 'Shamsher' (sword) in IAF service, the Jaguar remains the primary ground attack aircraft with the last operator of the type...

A huge shukriya and thanks to 'Team Jaguar', as well as Wg Cdr D'Silva IAF/PRO and 1Lt Zani & staff from 354 FW/PA for the exceptional assistance.
Cheers, Kevin
