Ospreys in Spangdahlem

Post by Olli J. » Tue Apr 12, 2016 5:30 pm

LN got the Raptors, SP got the Ospreys. Yesterday 3 US Marines MV-22B Ospreys of the VMM-263 New River, NC arrived. Numbers are 168333/EG-07, 168293/EG-04 and 168337/EG-08.
Also the Mildenhall based CV-22 11-0061 aka KNIFE71 showed up. The weather wasn't the best but I hope you still like the pics.....

Very nice, are these the aircraft from Moron? We caught 05 at Beja in Feb.

These ones are indeed from Morón, tenporarely based over there. I don't know how often they swap the airframes there...last September there were EM coded VMM-261 MV-22's.
