Atlantic City, New Jersey 18.11.15

Couple of days off in Philly so popped over to Dover AFB and then Atlantic City hoping that the F-16's of the NJ ANG might be active. Atlantic City seems a popular place for Practice Diversions and Instrument Approaches. Luckily Runway 13 was in use which doesn't have too many trees in the way.
First up was this E-2D 168276:670 from VAW-120 which carried out 3 approaches.


Then having thought my luck would be out as the locals didn't seem to be doing anything, 'Fang 11 Flt' pitched up - 6 ship!








Next to arrive was this C-12V with 2 approaches

Followed by this Delaware ANG C-130H from nearby Wilmington which spent an hour or so in the Visual/radar pattern.

And finally a KC-135 from the NJ ANG at nearby McGuire AFB - again multiple approaches.

Lastly, just the one from Dover AFB - C-5M 85-0008 436AW

No such luck, another 3-4yrs I reckon and then early retirement! Keep on telling the Missus the more she spends the more time I'll have to spend here! The photography keeps me sane! Regards Taff.
