Leuchars 08/04/14 QRA recoveries included.

Spent over 12 hours at Leuchars yesterday in the company of Mark and Freddie for a while also. The day was rather quiet in places with no hawk movements until mid afternoon. There was one solitary 6 Sqd jet out in the morning along with 2 from 11Sqd and 3 from 1Sqd. The afternoon waves comprised of eight 1Sqd movements and just two from 11Sqd. Oh and a double Q launch which I missed. I did get the recovery of the Q jets though.

No heli action yesterday. And yes there were 4 refuelers waiting for most of the day at the cross runway
