We had Charles and Camilla visiting Hawick today, and they arrived by helicopter.

Nice pix, I thought it was the Royal Flight S76 I saw flyover South Gyle yesterday, but it was pretty gloomy!

The aircraft is not within the inventory of the RAF, its private heligopeter, operated by Buck House.

I remember when The Princess Royal came to Warwickshire to do something a few years back and this landed at work. Got right up to it as I wanted to see the quality of the paintwork, which was very nice. Then the guy who was looking after it went for a pee in the bushes. But he did ask my permission!

Cheers

I wouldn't have anyway, but I was asked not to photograph the interior.
