recent Tebay low fly movements

Post by PeteHemsley » Sat Oct 01, 2011 1:11 pm

Been a while since I've added any shots to the forum, but I have a few hours free today to do exactly that.

A couple of weeks back I visited the local low fly area in the baking sunshine in hope of getting my first Prime lens shots. I purchased the canon 300mm F4 lens and the 1.4x MkIII converter just days before this outing and had never used a prime lens before.

I was quite happy with what I got for the first time out. On with the show

Michael, I thought I was happy with the setup, but I tried the 2.8, now I've passed on the f4 and I have bought the 2.8. Superb lens. Hoping the sun shines for the JW traffic over the next two weeks to test it out in the hills
