Spanish Army at Balado airstrip - 11/09

Hi all,

A trip out to Balado airstrip this evening for the departure of Juggernaught formation further north. A massive thanks to everyone who has been tracking these guys today, it was a truly spectacular sight and something I thought i'd never in Scotland. Enjoy!

Well done with a brilliant set of shots against the Loch Leven hills, right place at the right time. Many thanks for sharing them.

Big change from when I visited Balado in the late 1950s looking unsuccessfully for remains of the 27 Fairey Barracuda wrecks logged by a spotter older than me.
