The weather was......... biblical in the morning, but thankfully it held off long enough for the first sorties to get airborne. That meant when the forecast rain arrived the light had pretty much dropped, the buses had arrived to provide cover and at least 80% of the spectators had gone to seek shelter in the aforementioned buses. For those that remained vigilant to the cause, the results were awesome in my opinion. So we were wetter than an otters pocket, but what else was there to do? snap away and deal with the results back in the warmth of one's home.
