EASY30 Lydd - 6x US Army Chinooks

Just a few of mine from a cracking day out today, many thanks to Lydd airport and 1st Armoured Division Combat Aviation Brigade for making these shots possible!

They just left Cardiff enroute to Ireland, but after about 20 miles up into Wales they turned back to Cardiff.
Anyone hear if they had a problem?

Cardiff are forecasting thunderstorms, which might be an issue.
