They're certainly something a bit different, not just the usual Hercules, biz jets and the like that I'd normally see over the garden.

Thankyou for sharing them.

Thanks. E-8 is almost everyday over PL, but not often in my area. After war has started in Ukraine, he has been only 2-3x here.

Boeing E-3A Sentry AWAC Call Sign NATO03, Reg LX-N90446, ICAO 4D03C4, seen from my garden through clouds from North Norfolk in the UK on a very cold and frosty morning.

Heavily cropped so not the clearest/most detailed photo because the aircraft was over 10 miles away, probably over 15 miles away in this particular shot, and flying at 32,000ft but luckily it flew through a relatively clear patch of thinner cloud when it was in the same frame as the moon!

Duke's avoiding the hazards. Poxy temp road works caused me to miss the first of these 3, but caught the 2nd and 3rd just to the West of Hawick at 8K feet. Weather was total gack but happy to at least see them. They're not the fastest of movers.
