A few from this deployment

Post by J8501254 » Fri Nov 05, 2021 7:57 am

Just a couple from my lucky trip to Fairford for this deployment. Its been fun...but its now too cold and dark to try again

I know these aren't great quality, but its the excitement of seeing them that's important to me, any pictures are a bonus :)

(I know this on is poor...but it just conveys the raw power of the unrestricted climb out that night...wow)

I'm happy to see any images of B1's flying, thanks for posting :thumb:. I'm hoping to make another visit next week, let's hope it's a little busier than this week appears to have been. I like the light on number 7.

That's a pretty enthusiastic turn going on there in the first shot. And the night pics give an impression of the epic noise levels.

Loving the burners. Got better luck than I did!

Thanks chaps. I really wanted to try and catch them landing, but couldn't be in two places at once so decided to get them breaking in the overhead instead.
