Nothing special but managed to get a couple of days off and some surprisingly good weather for late September so put in two trips over to the other side of Suffolk. I've just realized this is my first trip over for a year, never had that big a gap before. All fairly regular 24 approach fare.
What appear to be inert Mk84's under the fuselage.
Obviously not present when he came back.
The USAF has recently had a well known pilot shortage, but giving the keys of a F-15E to a sith lord seems a little too much!
Haven't seen a Ops Group jet for a while.
Or the 48th FW jet for that matter.
...and of course the Reapers.
The three that performed the flypast early yesterday afternoon in the overhead.
..and the two Hawks that arrived.
All fairly routine stuff, but worth a couple of run outs.
