Welcome back FC :thumb:

Spent 4 days in the southern part of the Mach Loop which had the best of the weather most days last week and some great movements to boost so here is a few from the 4 days.

The banking Hercules shot is excellent; a great angle and such a change from a cropped topside view!

Where exactly were you located - I didn't think anywhere was suitable on or around the southern Loop?

Cheers for the comments guys.

Michael its located just a few miles south between camlan and Dinas, i was using the 300mm 2.8 with a 1.4 converter and even then some were to far away. The valley is pretty wide with different variation of height and line that the aircraft take so its pot luck but the Navy guys were spot on by pulling closer towards us and nearly overfilling the frame while the Herc was hugging the opposite side and did fill the frame.

The main reason i went there was the weather as the Bwlch and Cad were clagged in low cloud and drizzle all day i stayed dry and no low cloud and the chance of stuff bailing up B-Y-G and also coming down the A458 which a 2 ship harriers but had already left but the head on tuc.
