Israeli KC-707 on appproach to Warton

Post by jetnoise » Wed Sep 18, 2019 10:56 am

Just managed to grab a shot of this beastie as it flew over my house on a practise ILS approach to Warton.

I just wonder how many sensors / cameras were on board to record the goings on at "Fighter Town Fylde"

Nice shot Nosher. The flying boom had "Desert Refuellers" written on it if you're interested. Over here in the role of KC707 not sure what standard of SIGINT/ELINT fitted aboard this one (if any). Think it also did an approach to Marham on monday.
Cheers

Great catch despite not a big fan of the Israelis being over here.
