Yes we did get in the tower and was quiet lucky as they were the last 2 of the day to land.

Top day Love every moment of it. As you say Adam, they looked after us so well. And in the current climate of security, hadn't expected that kind of access

Nice photos. I was on a base tour a couple of years ago, but came away with few photos. Air Traffic Control photos? No - it's all "classified". Parked aircraft photos? No - they're "classified", e.t.c.
I'm not complaining - the tour was great, even without many photo opportunities.
