The confirmation email also says:

Got my request for payment and I have not even registered or going this year

Because I registered the both of us and they've ignored my two emails cancelling. I do hope there's not a waiting list of people missing out because they've not seen my emails :/

Just received confirmation of acceptance phew!!

Rather than bother the Tiger Meet people the acceptance does mention that they have not received my "ID Scan" I am sure this was not requested initially but am I correct in assuming its a scan of my passport which I need to send to them.

Advice would be appreciated.

Has anyone actually communicated with the spotters day team with questions? Emailing them only generates the original autoreply. I am still trying to find out if they even received the registrations of all four of my group. We sent them individually but from the same email address. Only one autoreply was received then and since, only one confirmation followed by payment instruction has been received. Anyone else having similar issues?

It wasn't requested at the start but for some reason it is now. Yes send them a copy of your passport

I had a response requesting the ID scan as well, i have taken a picture of my passport and emailed it to them.
I am the same, if they did ask for it initially i missed that too
Anyway it looks like things are starting to move with responses and getting the payment information email.

All the information should be with the email requesting payment. As others have said it is straight forward set up online with your bank. However, if unsure go into your bank and explain to them what you need to do. I remember doing this the first time I set up an international payment a few years ago.
