There will be a special spotters area at the AIR14 event in Payerne on the ammunition bunker halfway down the runway.
We've got the following information from the organisation of AIR14 to share on our page:

At the entry to the spotter area will be an access control. The people responsible are in possession of a list with the names of the enrolled/enlisted Spotters.
The number of available badges is limited due to limitation of space.
There are no Spotter badges for sale on place during the AIR14.

Since there are two different Air Shows on each weekend, we will have two different Spotter badges available. The first batch is valid from Thursday 28 August to Tuesday 2 September, the second one from Wednesday 3 September to Monday 8 September. There is a fee of SFr. 40.- per batch. So you have can decide on which weekend you will participate or for the whole duration. It is possible to pay in Euros instead of the CHF. You have to pay € 34,- to the IBAN number of the AIR14 as stated in the registration form.

Spotters have to get their regular entry tickets to the AIR14 by themselves (sale on Internet or at the entrance).

If you are interested in a spotters ticket, you can send an email to info@dutchaviationphoto.com and we'll send you a registration form.

UPDATE:

We've received the follow information from the organisation of the AIR14:

"Spotter Information AIR 14 Payerne

With the end of March 350 Spotter Badges have been ordered.
This is the limit. Therefore the sale of Spotter Badges is terminated.
Additional requests are no longer accepted.
Please do not any more distribute the order form.
The Spotter area is already enlarged.
The Spotter badges with all the necessary information's will be distributed by post at the end of June.

We will have to stop with immediate effect with the requests that we have received.
We will thank everyone who send us a request for a "Spotter Badge".
