"Pula Airport is organizing an Open Day on Saturday, March 23, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The open day is intended for all interested members of the public to get to know first-hand the work and significance of Pula Airport, with special emphasis on the local population and young people from primary and secondary schools in Istria.

"The goal is to give visitors the opportunity to tour the airport area through the Open Day and to provide them with an insight into the way it functions, protocols and rules, security, technical and other processes, as well as the architecture and mode of operation of the aircraft, but also to bring them closer to the importance of the airport and its contribution to the local economy and tourism. At the event, we expect a large number of curious people, aviation enthusiasts, professionals from the air transport sector, representatives of the media and, above all, interested citizens", said the director of Pula Airport, Nina Vojnić Žagar.

We have prepared a rich program that we believe will be of particular interest to you. Namely, those present will be able to see one of the last flyovers of the Ministry of Defense's MiG-21bis, live demonstration flights of the "Black Hawk" and "Kiowa Warrior" helicopters, enjoy the attractive program of the aerobatic group of the Croatian Air Force "Wings of the Storm" and see numerous other special events facilities.
