That's bizarre, I used a BT email address and no issues, darn shame BT don't seem to be able to stop all the other spam crap I constantly get.

Fingers crossed for you guys who are still waiting, good news is it seems the organisers are trying their best to fulfil registrations even if they have to go a step or two further.

Received email today saying they have ''complications'' with BTinternet.com and to change email address other than BTinternet.com.
Luckily I had a Gmail address to change to.

Having received my ticket and QR code I was wondering if I was missing something in the way of instructions for the day.

The start & finish times are given in the original info' pack. Just head for the Main Gate & follow the hordes or signage!

Definitely worth reading the info' pack as there's a shed-load of items you can & can't take on-base.
Clearly, having to remove anything from your bag & return to your vehicle is gonna slowdown the entry process & generate
poorly concealed animosity from the waiting massif!

I never recieved any further correspondence after sending a non btinternet address last Thursday. However, with daily checking of guestoo link page, this evening indicated approved rather than pending. This then allowed QR code to be downloaded.
So success at last

I'm sure the organising guy's need a big thanks for their efforts to get through all the problems of bank charges and btinternet issues that we in the UK are aware.

Congratulations to the NTM24 Admin' Team for processing the deluge of Spotter-Days applications.
Against all the odds, Banking & some language issues, it appears they've prevailed. I'm personally unaware of anybody that registered before the
capacity cut-off who hasn't received their QR. code? Great job TaktLwG 51/1 (GAF)

(for anybody that missed the opportunity to Register, the facility exists for successful applicants to relinquish their ticket & process a refund for the next couple of weeks.
I'm not aware of a physical 'reserve' list for cancelled attendees, BUT it could be worth asking?)

Well I must be one off the last as I still haven’t received my QR code and it still says pending on the Guestoo page. I have emailed but haven’t had a reply so take it there still finishing them up.

Quite possibly a few stragglers. If you've followed-up your pending status by emailing your original Registration data linked to your payment transaction Code, they should be able to tie those together easily!

If they get stuck, they will email you for clarification /confirmation of payment. I know of two persons that have experienced this latter procedure recently! All now received by them!

It would appear the loose ends are still being sorted. Although daily checking of the guestoo website showed authorised on 28.3 allowing access to download loader code. Having supplied a non btinternet email address weeks ago, with all references I recieved the QR code email from questoo yesterday.

Some advice for my mate who is awaiting for information. How does he get to the guestoo website? Seems as though you can get QR code from this web page. In the original invitation there was mention of a "spotters Pack" and patch am I being impatient or will this arrive nearer the time. Many thanks

After you sent your money, you should have been sent an email which contained a link to the questoo website registration made in your name. Once you open the link it takes you to a page with a green header with four words within. It usually comes up in German, but can be changed to English. By selecting the word with the circlued number above will open the Spottersday event. Hopefully, it will be registered, the first of the four words. By selecting the orange button to the left of the words 'To The Event' will provide QR code.

I'm sure the pack will be provided on the event day

TLG 51 has posted an update

Dear spotters, aviation-enthusiasts and supporters of our mission!

It's been roughly 1 month since we opened for registration.

A lot has been achieved but there is still a lot to do!
We've looked into more than 3200 registrations and tried to fuse those with money transfers credited to our account. We deleted double-bookings, contacted some of you to ask for alternative email-adresses as some providers keep blocking guestoo's mails or details to allocate your money.

We managed to issue more than 2800 tickets.

We would like to issue all 3000 and kindly ask for your help:

Please check:
1) Did I register and confirm my email?
2) Did I transfer the money?
- if the answer to this question is no, please decide ASAP If you still like to participate or if we may open up your ticket for someone else. (Contact NTM.spotterdays_MPP@gmx.de)
- if the answer is yes, continue:
3) Did I receive my ticket via mail that correctly states my Name and Passport or ID-number?
In case you are already in contact with someone from our team, stop right here, your issue will be sorted out by your contact!

In case you received your ticket, everything is fine and we are looking forward to host you in June!
