Middle Wallop 18-07-2024

Post by Dr Yan » Tue Jul 23, 2024 9:49 am

Passing Middle Wallop @ 15:00 I noted 4 AH64s on the ramp but sadly the heat haze beat me in Identifying them all

Two fired up but just one lifted and was confirmed as ZM715 and the Hex was also noted as 43C93D on SBS.

Later in the day four flew @ 18:30 including ZM715 as 43C93D
(ZM713)     Miscoded as 43C932
(ZM736)     as 43C952
(ZM737)     as 43C953

Now the big Ask can anyone confirm :-

These 3 were the ones on the ground @ 15:00
Confirm ZM713 is flying from here with the wrong hex?
or had recent sightings of these 3 at Middle Wallop?

There were 3 on the ramp at 10:00 this morning. 730, 734 and 715. All read off. We also visited on Monday eve and 5 were on the ramp but we only read off 713, 717 and 737.
Hope this helps.
