Can any one please advise how long the Junos are staying at Middle Wallop.
Called in there yesterday circa 16.15 and the place seemed dead. I had been out all day and did not know they were due here.
Bell 47 being towed out of front section of museum and inserted in aft section. Whole place apparently being completely refurbished and to re open in March 2019?

13, 18, 19, 20, 29 and 31 all back on the deck by 16.10 and at least one has already been hangared. Also, a grey Griffin HAR.2 was engine running here earlier and appears also to have been put away. Presumably ZJ705 from Boscombe?

Kevin,
Possibly, but ZJ703 has been on a major here this past few months (and is in the same colours), so that might be a candidate?

Zj705 was seen plotting on 360radar earlier today. Flying low level to the West of Amesbury.

ZJ705 landed, from the west, back at Boscombe lunch time today, parking next to XX162 and G-ETPF.

Thanks Chaps

As the aircraft was on the ground, cowlings off and engine running when I arrived at 15.15 and was later shut down and towed away, I think ZJ703 is the most likely candidate.

A post in the Shawbury section says that Shawbury is closed every morning up to the 16th (friday) so good guide to how long the Juno,s will be at MW.
Goes to show that you cannot believe everything you read .

This is the second time that Juno,s have arrived on mass on a Monday and departed on the Thursday ,could be a pointer for future deployments.
