Re: 11000 forum members!
Sounds good, although, only about just under 4800 have made a single post and of those over half are in single post figures, then of those that are in treble figures its only 800(ish). Remembering that's since the start of the forum, not "active" posters, which will be very much less.
So 11,000 is just a figure and can't represent anything!

Correct, 11,000 is a figure, which is why I stated it, as it is the total number of people who have actually taken the time to sign up, and been activated.
If we need a statistics guru, we will keep you in mind, thanks.

Re: 11000 forum members!
Good day DaveG, and the other FCers posting on this thread. You have made my day! I haven't had a good grump since I got out of bed on the wrong side early this morning.
If Dunk says 11000 people have joined, then why would he be incorrect?
I agree with your comment DaveG, "Sounds good". Even excellent. 11000 people showing enough interest to sign up is healthy & is a wide range of opinion which must be "good" for the site.
The more the merrier.

What a complete and utter load of cobblers. Talk about glass half empty, rather than half full! Congrats to the guys that are responsible for administering this site. You're doing a fantastic job and long may it continue.DaveG wrote:Sounds good, although, only about just under 4800 have made a single post and of those over half are in single post figures, then of those that are in treble figures its only 800(ish). It is the same with every forum but you can guarantee that the larger the top figure, then proportionally larger the lower figures will be too.DaveG wrote:Sounds good, although, only about just under 4800 have made a single post and of those over half are in single post figures, then of those that are in treble figures its only 800(ish). Ah well, there's always one (in 11,000 - or should that be 4,800, or 800(?)) who doesn't see it as a positive..
Re: 11000 forum members!
...and now (yes Blakey, no "k") even more members. Is there no end to the increase in world population of FCers?
Any idea how many countries are represented on this forum? RIAT beckons, 65% chance of good weather. Let's hope that the glass stays less than half full.
