Forum issues 26th February

For some reason the forum is suffering issues. I'll ask Adam to investigate when he gets the chance
None UK and Reach section has moved for some reason. They won't move back.
If anyone spots any other issues please add them here

At the moment it appears just worldwide milair section

I've had the Non UK Heads Up section move position 2 times within that section over about 15 minutes

Also, I've noticed that unread "SBS logs" show up additionally by flagging the "RCH section" as having unread posts (when it hasn't)

Adam is in the US at the moment. Hopefully can get the issue sorted when he returns
