Hi I seem to have an issue as I am not receiving any messages from Fighter Control for the last few days, I used to get a new message for every UK ott/ NON UK ott and Reach flights. I have checked each section and I am marked as wanting these messages but it's not happening. Could you tell me what is going wrong.

I’m having the same problem, I’m not getting any notifications since the change to the new server. I haven’t found a solution either, I have tried unsubscribing and then re-subscribing to the topicswith no success. I have checked that my profile still has the correct email address, so I’ve now run out of ideas.
Any help greatly appreciated.

I'll look into the notification issues over the next day or so.

Believe the email issue should now be resolved and the backlog is slowly clearing. Will continue to monitor over the next few days.

Hi, still no emails here, none since new server introduced, can you please help. Thank you.

It seems as if some emails are still being blocked and held on the server. Currently investigating and will update when i know more.

Update on email issues - following a number of changes, it seems that the vast majority of emails are now being sent from our server correctly. It may be possible that different email providers are still marking them as 'spam' which may continue for 24/48 hours but hopefully should rectify itself. Will continue to keep an eye on things.
