How much begging do we have to do for thew invite code, Rich? :D

Thanks to Dave and the rest of the team for getting this invaluable resource back online so quickly, of course!

Edit: Disregard, seems the code is not required :)

Yes, it's not a required field so no need to take any notice unless you have been invited and have one. Either way, just need to register without it.
The registration process allows us to keep track of who is using the databases and how many people are using them.

Again, if you see an incorrect item, please let us know by the facility onboard the website (by clicking on "Update the Database) or via the milscanners yahoogroup.
It helps to get verification on certain entries whether they are in active status or not. So appreciate any changes or additions (or deletions).

We recommend you join the Milscanners yahoogroup which will be suggested to you when you join up in your registration email or by going here:-
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/milscanners/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Sorry to hear that milscanners is down, it was a great referance for frequencies. You could try the dutch site http://www.milscan.nl" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; This site is a great X ref for Milscanners. It also has an callsign guide.

Just seen the post by Big John, that milscanners is on its way back (Hopefully) GREAT.

Some more good news....
Milscanners should now work on all mobile phones and tablets meaning you can now look up the databases when "in the field"....

Don't forget, any new/old/amended frequency or callsign, please let the milscanners team know via the "Update the Database" link on the site.

Have been trying to access the database for the last few days, getting nothing but errors now. My other half owns a hosting company if this is any help I could probably sort some hosting out for a few quid, literally a few quid. I am not experienced with web design and online databases but if I could help I would. Let me know (anyone from milscanners) if you need any help whatsoever as it would be good to get it back up and running. If the owners really want to take it offline and cut ties with it could you consider releasing the data so I could get something running?

I hope you dont mind the enquiry, I am not sure who to contact as I would normally send a less public offer for help, but want to see it back online, somehow?

There did seem to be a slight hiccup with the server yesterday, however from what I can tell there have been no major issues with database access prior to that and hopefully from here on it should be working ok.

There is a fault on the milscanners website on the server side, the server providers are currently
investigating and will resolve the issue asap.

sorry for the inconvenience.
