Newark Air Museum Events 2020

Our event planning for 2020 is now well underway and the main events are listed
in here!
This includes a couple of new events: a new Cold War event in plus a return of the usual favourites, including Cockpit-Fest, Aeroboot/Aerojumble sales and a 1940s Weekend in early October.
We’ll try and keep regular event updates in this thread.
On a slightly disappointing note it has been decided not to organise a Day/Night photo shoot next spring due to the complexities of co-ordinating this with the arrival of Eurofighter Typhoon DA4; this is explained in more detail
in here!

We’ve just added an Email link to the Cold War Call Up page on our website, which all allow former V-Force personnel to contact us if they wish to participate in the Meet & Greet part of the event on 16 & 17 May, 2020.

We have some more disappointing news folks as the decision has been taken to cancel the Cold War Call Up event that was scheduled to take place on 16 & 17 May, 2020.

We have taken the hard decision to postpone Cockpit-Fest 20 & the associated Aeroboot/Aerojumble sale that was planned for 20 & 21 June 2020 – full details on the website!

Once again the right decision to take and pretty much expected due to the current unpresidented situation.
The new possible dates sound good... always better to have an alternative date rarher than a full cancellation.
