Don’t let the downpours discourage you from a day out of aviation; lots to see indoors here in a damp Nottinghamshire!

Re: Newark Air Museum News 2016
Next week the museum and its appointed contractor will do the ‘Set-Out’ work for the first phase of the #ProjectPaniniMod development programme.
This work is not really exciting, or glamorous, as it involves the installation of a new waste treatment system and 90 metres of additional hardstanding on our Southfield Site. That said the work is absolutely vital for the museum’s ongoing development and also the comfort of our visitors.
The work is going to cost just over £150,000 and we’d like to make an upfront request for donations to help #GetUsBuilding
Project details can be found in here: http://www.newarkairmuseum.org/Southfie ... pment-news
... and donations can be made through this JustGiving page: https://www.justgiving.com/Howard-Heeley2
We hope that the Mods are OK with this appeal.
If people prefer not donate in such a way, you could always just pay us a visit as #EveryNAMVisitCounts
Footnote: To add a little clarity - the Southfield Site is 12 acres of land that the museum owns, hence why we are investing in improving its infrastructure.
