We have some sad news to share regarding our much respected museum Vice-President and former trustee, Mick Clarke, who has passed away.

We are pleased to confirm that after a site inspection this morning we have survived Storm Goretti & we will be open as normal from 10am today. Have a safe journey if you are planning to pay us a visit today.

Having watched the latest "audit guy" visit the museum, I hope the staff get some training quick to save any more bad publicity.

Regardless of what people think about so called auditors. the guy behind the counter did no good at all for the museum.

As ever the story has much more to it than presented in a You Tube clip - one person filmed (right at closing time last Friday); three members of staff engaged before and on multiple occasions since; plus communications with me in multiple rambling emails to today!
