Helicopter was present at 09.15, type unknown. Also, a helicopter that was a probable Apache was about at 12.00.

Work does interfere with my aviation.

Inbound at 2pm was Lynx "ArmyAir 923" (XZ654) carried out an approach at Cardiff before heading west to Castlemartin.

Lynx around 19.30 to 20.30 and later. My earlier Apache guess was probably wrong! Age affects the peepers.
