Hi Mike yep the norm for the Dutch is Carlisle. They usually park them on the Western side of the airfield.
Carlisle can be a good spot to view them doing heavy lifting training, spade can also be good if you do a little chasing and moving about.
Be great if the f16s turn up too so everything's crossed that the weather plays ball and everything turns up.

callsign Redskin 11 Flight

were due today routing via Mildenhall. etd from Mildenhall was 1230 eta Carlisle 1430. Doncaster was booked as a diversion due to the forecast weather but in the end they decided to delay until tomorrow. I don't know the times for tomorrow or whether it will be the 4 booked in which were Q-08, Q-18, Q-19 & Q-21.

Just a general weather forecast Gilsland, which is approximately two miles from Wiley Syke on Spadeadam Range
http://www.xcweather.co.uk/forecast/gilsland_cumbria" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; tomorrow looks to be the wettest from thursday it seems to be an improving forecast.

Edit; where it says forecast you can put in Carlisle or Otterburn or Warcop, although the forecast is practically the
same, hope this is of help to anybody from afar coming to view the exercise.
