Rumour: The planned heli drops at Spade and Otterburn have been cancelled and moved to Edingham near Dalbeattie.

Rumours - I must be bored so I'm making a list of potential future stories:
Spade to become redundant due to lack of interest from photographers!
Red & White Caravan at Wiley Sike to become café with live feed to hotspots around the world in an effort to attract more low flying foreign tourists.
Ukraine buys up all Spades electronic warfare equipment.
Egger buys land and plants up the range for more trees to feed its woodchip plants, launching a new product called Blue Streak kitchen units flatpack - strapline "Put together so quick, it'll be up in in a flash".
UAV overflies Wiley and nobody notices - photographers photographing dung beetles instead.
Spade gets busy, staff overstretched, lunch breaks cancelled, photographers welcomed . . . ahh, life's like the sixties and seventies! Ooops, three minute warning, must get back to my bunker!

If you look at most of the Notams for Joint Warrior at Luce Bay, and other areas the imes are 23.59pm to 6.59am. mostly night ops.

A night drop did go ahead - recon troops. Not sure if the practice drop did (just a marker to simulate a supply drop). Some ships have moved NE of Kinloss, in prep of the air assault Monday -12ish. Starting with 3 Apaches and all still mounting from West Freugh.
