Which range to visit

Post by Webmonkeyuk » Tue Apr 14, 2015 8:29 am

I'm down near Boston Lincoln on holiday and was thinking of heading to one of the ranges, but was just wondering which is the easiest to find and park at as I would be staying at the car. You can see some typhoons off in the distance quite low, I think there at wainfleet so thinking of heading there. Any postcode or place name to park up at would be great

Cheers

Hi, just thought i would say they wont be using wainfleet as it closed a couple of years back. Theres holbeach range further round the wash towards kings lynn which is probably closer to boston than donna nook range although it could be very hit or miss (pardon the pun) as to whether you will see anything at either range. I would give holbeach a go though as it can be very good when they do turn up.

Heres a link to a holbeach spotting guide:

Hope this helps and have a good day if you go :thumb:
