Finally caught up with the Woodpecker that lives in the local country park here in Stalybridge
got very lucky as we were out , we came across a group of bird watchers who pointed it out to us, 2 minuets later it was gone

Great capture! We have some nearby but theye are very elsusive. Managed a few distant shots but none as close as this.
