What is it?? I know there are a few of you who like the wildlife of birds and as I have this little fella or fellalass. Makes one hell of a song quite regular on the TV areal of a neighbours house morning and evening.

Didn't think it was due to the beak on it
Fantastic, thanks for that. Who'd know you'd get such exotic birds here in Dagenham!!!

Goldfinch has fantastic colour markings.
Re: Nice bird but
Goldfinch definitely. Get them regularly in our garden. They come for the niger seed I put out.

Re: Nice bird but
I see Goldfinches a lot.
Last year I was walking the dog when a 'cloud' of them passed over. They tend to be in groups.
One of them landed on a wall a couple of feet away from my face with a tiny little flower in it's beak.
Another 'Wish I had a camera moment' lost !
That would have won prizes........................
