Red Arrows Frequency sound

Not directly Scampton related, but more to do with the reds. My question is, does anyone know what the beep sound is that sounds on the frequency multiple times during the display. I am yet to be able to discover what it is.

This tone is also used by 100 Sqn Hawks during JFACTSU sorties to mark the time of simulated weapon release.
