RNAS Yeovilton International Air Day 2011 Competition

There are five pairs of RNAS Yeovilton International Air Day 2011 tickets to be won. Each winner will receive a pair of tickets to this exciting event which takes place on Saturday 9th July 2011.

Simply identify the aircraft in the photograph and select A, B, or C. Please enter your name, email-address, postal address, and submit your answer.

The competition will run until midnight on Sunday 12th June 2011 and the lucky winners will be notified shortly after this date and receive their prize to this thrilling event.

There will be an extensive flying display featuring civilian and military operated historic, classic and modern aircraft types. Yeovilton based Commando Sea King and Lynx helicopters and other Maritime Squadrons will demonstrate their capabilities in the infamous Commando Assault Demonstration with plenty of pyrotechnics! The RAF and Army as well as foreign military participants will also provide fast jet displays, static aircraft, aerobatic display teams and joint flypasts.

Other attractions include the Fleet Air Arm Museum which has the largest collection of Naval aircraft in Europe, a funfair, trampolines, simulators,service displays, as well as trade exhibitors, refreshments, and a vehicle exhibition of military vehicles and classic & vintage cars.
