Just seen (11:45) 3 Harrier fuselages road-running on the A1 Southbound near Peterborough, all under taupaulin so unfortunately no serials.

The first of many sightings over the next couple of weeks :halo: Engines should be hitting the road next week.

At least it will stop people saying that they will be flying them out.............

Why? Its been 12 months since they last flew, and I know that the contract with the USMC has only just been signed, but it doesn't take long to strip an airframe down to transport. Remember a large number have been stored without engines, so all they have to do is remove the wing section, the tail fin and other bits and bingo, call in the removal men.
