Evening all,
I called in at Lee-on-Solent last Saturday and Hunter F.51 fuselage 'WT720' coded B (according to Plane Base its G-9-436 cn 41H-680267) was in a building site near the 05 Cafe.
Not good for photos at the moment as a load of barriers up and the road around it is temporarily closed but can easily be seen.
Directions to cafe can be found on this link:

Hopefully of use to someone.
Regards
James

This aircraft will reappear in Iraqi AF marks but I understand will not remain at Lee.

Moved to a site in or near Basingstoke for display outside some offices I believe.

This Hunter was also on the gate at RAF Sealand for several years - I noted it there in August 2003 - wearing 74 Sqn markings and code "B". Brought back memories of the real WT720 of 74 Sqn, which I logged many times at RAF Horsham St Faith during 1957 and 1958!

Despite the date of the previous three posts, this is for real! Please see the link below for pictures of the jet c/w 'pilot'.
