According to Wikipedia the a-29alx has a 3300lb payload capacity so carrying 2 on each wing shouldn't be a issue. These aircraft are becoming popular among many nation's and a few have lgb capability so providing a extra option must be worth a look at

The idea of using a couple of ex-raf tucano's was just to prove the platform can use the brimstone missiles not for our use.

Mine has to be the mig 29. It may provide a exciting airshow peace but from a tactical point of view it is absolutely useless.

In some ways it would make sense for him to meet there. My reasoning behind that is because with it being a full military airshow plus the royal family in attendance security will already be everywhere so hosting the president wouldn't create a manpower nightmare.
