Further legislation was not required as a result of the Shoreham crash. While I know some people like to stick their noses up and say "it's all classified and not relevant so why even discuss it!" I say... "this is interesting so lets speculate!" My feeling is that the F-35 is slightly more technologically advanced in a computing, sensors and avionics sense than the F-2...
