Hi and welcome!
I spent some time in your lovely area when I served at St Mawgan on the Sea King HAR 3/3a fleet.
Truro is beautiful; we look forward to seeing your input in the future.

Re: Proposals for RAF Scampton
surely the best option would be move the showground onto the site to make it a better all weather facility. infrastructure already in place, lots of hardstanding (no more mud hole when it rains during the show for visitors, and for the build up /breakdown). runway could be used for other types of e...

A beautiful set of images Claudio. I wish I'd been aware of these during my numerous visits to Rimini, as I think they would be well worth the visit.

What a stunning set of images, great memories. I must admit, both 360 and 39 Sqns were always the head-turners for me. I love the line shot with all the codings applied, - reminds me of the end of the JP 3/3a Line at Scampton before we finalised to the Tucano, we had 3 frames left for spinning curre...

I'm guessing that bus would be running on schedule 24/7, no strikes, as there'll always be plenty of keen drivers...blakey wrote: ↑Tue Aug 23, 2022 7:10 pmI'd put my name down to drive that busreheat module wrote: ↑Tue Aug 23, 2022 5:28 pm"Ding Ding - all aboard the annual 'Scrap the Reds' Bus" ... plenty of room left.

Re: Sunset from my doorstep
The colours in the image are stunning, with a seamless banding from the royal blue to the horizon.
On a minor critique, the image needs a slight rotation CW, to make the horizon level.

Pending upon the nature of the Flight Test or Air Test, it may be a requirement WITHIN the test schedule to deploy the RAT. Some ac types can recycle the RAT, others I believe may only be reset on the ground.

Re: Lytham Sunset - Drone Photogrphy
Excellent captures. I'm really liking the first two, with the minimal sun and darker, sombre mood.
The lens has handled the metering well on the final three, especially the chance for glare.
