Re: Berlin Express at Duxford

I had a about a 5 min chat with the pilot today, asked if he was worried about crossing all that ocean w...

Re: Flying Legends 2016

Touch and goes do form part of aircraft displays, I have seen plenty at many airshows so landing and taking of is part of the display routine, whether or not any are performed at the upcoming Duxford event is irrelevant, the possibility of future displays should accommodate it There's more scaremong...

Re: Raptors deploy to Lakenheath

I am working in the Bury St Edmunds area for the next few months. I hope to be able to get up to Lakenheath one evening and, while I may not be able to see them fly, wonder if they are visible from anywhere around the base. Thanks They're parked up on C ramp which I imagine is hard to see from the ...

Re: what you can do with 50.6 MP, and a magnificent blue sky

You dont need 50mp to produce shots of landing F16, ect that that the pilots name can be read! I have plenty shot with a D300 (12mp) that can do that, your inexperience is apparent, people on here are making useful suggestions, I for one would not want or need 50mp in a camera to produce great image...
