I've used every combination of Lens & converters going! Got EF-1.4 TC Mk 1,2 & 3 + EF-2.0 TC Mk 1 & 3. With the camera bodies micro-adjusted to each combination the results were acceptable. With the MkIII Converters the images are even more acceptable. For years my 'go-to Lens Combo' was an EF-300/2...

Great shots from an excellent show. Although you need to be creative during the early part of the show due to the Sun position, it comes very good later as clearly demonstrated here.
