Re: Request 28/2/19?

Hi again Andy. Looking now on my computer at my photos from John's field. Front row of three facing Pollards Lane crash gate, left one 0050 (rotors forwards), middle one 0059 (rotors up), right hand one obscured (rotors forward). Behind them, one on its own looks like 0052 (rotors forward) but I am ...

Re: Request 28/2/19?

Andy, I grabbed snaps from John's field around 10am but was overcast and dark so ISO made for a grainy images. I recall 5 on the apron. From photos I reckon on 11-0059 08-0050 10-0052(?) and 07-0033 (nearest the C-40A). Plus one more in the front three which was obscured. How does that match your 5/...

Pattern at Brize not that busy, plenty of clear air FFD below 5,000'. Inbounds will be few and far between, even with the Rivet Joints. Can't think of ...

Best parking I saw was some plonker in a Merc refused to move to let an HGV down the road past the viewing area
If I had been said HGV driver it would have ended up as a Merc minus mirrors......

I wonder if also USAF is trying to make a point - need ‘Hall - get DoD to reverse closure decision? Traffic there has certainly picked up over last 12 to 18 months compared to a couple of years ago

Planned to leave on Thursday.
It’s a long way to see from Park and view West with the heat haze but I think it was towed north side about 15.30L. Looks like the MQ-9 is also northside, on the apron west of the KC135 hangars.
